FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO GET IN SHAPE FOR HIKING

STEP 1: Get a pack

STEP 2: Open it, insert heavy things like food, water, or misbehaving children.

STEP 3: Go hiking

STEP 4: Don’t quit

STEP 5: Return home, fill pack with slightly heavier things. Repeat, paying special attention to step 4.
